- You will receive an email invitation to activate your account to access your Custom Plan via app or website.
- One-on-one Weekly Phone Calls with your Coach
- Training Plan Adjustments, as needed
- 12-week access to progress tracking tools via app

Once delivered, they are yours. We recommend printing them off while you have access. Once they are deleted, unfortunately, the file(s) is are unrecoverable. If you need instructions how to print your custom plan(s), please feel free to email us at [email protected]
